Cultivating resilience and wellbeing
Our mission is to advance wellbeing and resilience in the face of adversity, in support of our partners in the California social services, healthcare, and disaster response sectors.

*Latine is a gender-neutral form of the word Latino, created by gender non-binary and feminist communities in Spanish-speaking countries. The objective of the term is to remove gender from Spanish, by replacing it with the gender-neutral Spanish letter E, which can already be found in words like estudiante.
Our Vision
We envision a future in which all individuals across California, are resilient and engaged in shaping their own wellbeing according to what matters most to them.
What We Do
We offer professional development training to foster staff and client wellbeing using virtual and in person sessions. Our approach is guided by evidence-based mental and behavioral research on habit formation, goal setting, and kinesthetic learning. Our goal is to provide staff with client support while boosting their own resilience. Participants in our training include: case managers, disaster service workers, community health workers, and others.
